Backtagging: Yes! However, given that I currently only play Vietnam in museboxes and memes, it is very likely that I will get too embarrassed of how old meme tags are to continue tagging them after about two weeks. I will tag into oblivion in museboxes though, and I'm happy to keep tagging meme threads if someone is still interested!
Threadhopping: Yes, though I would prefer a heads-up if you are going to do this!
Fourthwalling: Yes.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): That really depends. Given the nature of this character, I would definitely prefer that the crimes and atrocities of the Vietnam War not be named in any threads. We can play out tension and dislike and still keep it vague. I'm willing to touch upon most historical subjects dated before the war, but please run it by me first if you plan to do more than vaguely allude to it in a thread. Additionally, I'd like to request that castmates not refer to Vietnam as "'Nam"; I don't mind at all if it's IC for characters from other canons, but I think that given the connotations that 'Nam has, it doesn't really fit the general mood of Hetalia. Overall, I'm not easily offended, but Dreamwidth is a public forum and I don't want to offend anyone else for the sake of pretendy funtimes!

Hugging this character: Yes, though given cultural differences, Vietnam will generally decline physical contact if given the opportunity.
Kissing this character: Yes, but see above. She's likely to be uncomfortable with most physical contact, especially if she's not warned about it beforehand.
Flirting with this character: Yes, though she'll most likely deflect any attempts at flirting.
Fighting with this character: Yes. Keep in mind that this is a woman who fought for her independence for something like 4000 years, though, and had no qualms kicking the unwelcome out of her country. She is tenacious.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. Plot with me for anything more severe than bone breakage!
Killing this character: Plot with me first! Nations are a little hard to kill and that's kind of a big thing!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes! Just give me some indication of what's going on so I can articulate Vietnam's thoughts for you. :)

Warnings: Vietnam is the personification of the country of Vietnam, obviously! I don't plan to get into the controversial details of her history, but know that her past relations with other countries do still have an effect on how she interacts with them and other people. She's not incredibly social, she's definitely not the smiley type, and America, France, and China are not her favourite people in the world. She's subdued in a lot of her interactions, but I'll do my best to outline her subtleties in my tags so you have more to respond to!
